I have some odd hardware and seem to be having system incompatibilities.

If you are experiencing system incompatibilities, first of all confirm that you are using the latest version of TweakMASTER.

Confirm that this problem happens consistently with the latest version, even after rebooting your computer.

Also, you should find files with the .LOG extension in the "C:\Program Files\TweakMASTER" folder. Please attach that to an email to us and we'll see if we can help.

Also go to the System Information item in the TweakMASTER Help menu and use the copy button to copy the information and paste that into the email as well.

In order to provide more information about your system, it also would be very helpful if you would download a free analysis tool from Belarc. Install it and then run the Belarc Advisor. It will open a report in your web browser with various details about your system which may be helpful for us to determine the cause of your problems. Choose "File|Save As" and save the report to your harddrive as an html file and attach it to an email to us (associated image files are not needed).

Another more extensive report can be obtained using MSINFO.EXE. Although it is frequently an overkill in terms of information.

Go to the "Run" box from your Windows Start menu... and enter "MSINFO32.EXE" (without the quotes) That will run Windows system information. From the File menu, choose Export and save a text file with your Windows system configuration and send it to us by email attachment. If you know how to put it into a zipfile, please do so. That information may help us see exactly what you might have that might be causing these issues.

The information provided will give us a fighting chance to try and locate the source of your problems. If your help leads us to isolate and fix the problem, we will also offer you a complimentary registration for the Pro version as a token of our appreciation
