I have TweakDUN installed. Should I uninstall it first before installing TweakMASTER?

It is not necessary to uninstall Tweakdun. Tweakdun does not ever run in the background. If you use TweakMASTER and decide to stay with it, then do not run Tweakdun again as it might overwrite your settings again. Tweakdun is largely outdated and is unsupported on newer operating systems. So if you are happy with TweakMASTER, you may just wish to uninstall Tweakdun using add/remove programs in the Windows Control Panel.
