I have a Dial-Up connection which reports me connected at 115,200 bps, but it still seems slow.TweakMASTER Knowledge Base article KB0024If your DUN "Connected To" box reads an abnormally high speed such as 115,200 bps, this is unfortunately not the connection speed to your ISP. This is reporting your modem's internal connect speed to your computer or "port speed" If you have a Hayes compatible Modem, to make the computer report your modem carrier speed and not your port speed, try this:
