Every time I try to download the TweakMASTER exe file, it doesn't work.

Perhaps your browser is not set up properly to download executable files. It should prompt you to save the file to disk or open it in its present location, and you should of course download it to your harddrive. We can't help you resolve that problem, but we can make the file available for you to download as a zipfile. Windows XP has buiult in support for zip files... for older Windows OS, you will need some capability to unzip it like the utility Winzip from www.winzip.com or any other zip utility.

You will probably want to try and resolve that problem. Upgrading to the latest browser will probably help.
