I have deleted TweakMASTER but I still keep getting the reminder notices to register.

If you have made the mistake of deleting the software without properly uninstalling it, you will continue to get the registration reminder notices indefinitely. You should NEVER remove any program from your system without properly uninstalling it as described... this is asking for trouble. If you have done so, please reinstall the program and then uninstall properly.

Then if you wish to uninstall TweakMASTER simply use the uninstall entry on the Programs Menu accessible from the Start Button on your taskbar. Or you can also use Add/Remove Programs in the Windows Control Panel. This is standard procedure for any Windows software. This will uninstall all of TweakMASTER from your system except a couple files in the TweakMASTER folder.

After uninstallation is complete, and you reboot your computer and TweakMASTER folder should be gone from Windows Explorer. Otherwise it is now safe to manually delete the folder and everything that's left in there.
