I sent in my registration fee by postal mail 8 days ago and have not heard anything.

Sorry, it seems to be taking longer than expected. The US mail is sometimes very slow, we are finding. It is truly living up to its reputation as "snail mail". Checks are sent to a Post Office box and are retrieved several times a week, but not daily.

When the checks are received, they must be processed, sent to the bank and customer information entered into the database. Then, unless there is a problem with the e-mail address, you should receive an email with your registration information within a couple days.

Our mail-in information states that this process can take up to 5 weeks, although it never takes that long. Usually a couple weeks at most. If it doesn't arrive within a reasonable length of time, let us know and we'll get it resolved.
