I paid for the program online and never received my registration info by email.

You should have received an email confirmation from esellerate.net. This contains your username and registration serial number to register the software. If you did not receive a confirmation, perhaps there was an error in your email address or some other glitch in the processing. Please let us know and we can look it up for you.

Note: If you purchased this software from Real Networks, this is a special circumstance. If you have your order confirmation email from Real Networks please visit RealNetworks customers Help page to receive a replacement registration serial number. If you never received your order confirmation email from Real Networks. please send an email to us HERE and provide as much information as you can. If you have the order number this will expedite the handling of your request. You should have received an order number on your web confirmation form.

Once you do receive an email confirmation, to enter this registration number, simply open TweakMASTER, click on the "Register" button on the "About" Screen and then just copy your name as listed below as well as the registration code provided, and then paste it into the box provided using the combined keystroke CTRL + V, or right-click in the little box and choose "Paste" from the popup context menu. Hit the "OK" button to conclude registering your copy of TweakMASTER.
