When I start up Windows, the Helpfile opens.

TweakMASTER is designed this way: After installation, the help file will open with the small reminder window explaining the basic operation of the software, clarifying the issue that "One size does not fit all," and pointing you towards the Wizard which contains various options to help optimize your connection.

This is by design to help acquaint users with the program and its many features.

If the help file does not go away, try opening the "Optimization Wizard" once if you have not done so at all. No need to go through it all, just open and click cancel. The help screen should go away and not reopen without doing so intentionally.
