I'm having trouble with Windows 98 shutting down. Is TweakMASTER causing this?

It is unlikely this is being caused by TweakMASTER. However you can find out for yourself. Before shutting down just use "Terminate" from the right-click menu of TweakMASTER Agent (located in the Windows notification area, also known as the system tray) at the bottom right corner of your screen. This feature is only available once the software has been registered. Trial version users can indeed terminate the program in an emergency by holding down the "Ctrl" key while clicking on the TweakMASTER Agent icon. Exit function will be available then.
