Is there a number for telephone support?

We do not offer telephone support for our software. Only under extreme circumstances can we pull someone from another task to spend time with customers on the phone. Most of our staff is scattered throughout the world in contact through an elaborate network of computers.

In an effort to keep the prices low and the quality of our support high, we have created this extensive Knowledge Base which should answer most of your questions. If you have a question not covered in the Knowledge Base, please fill our the Support Request Form and you will get an answer from a support technician, normally within 72 hours or less.
