How can I run Ping to see if my packets need to be fragmented or not?

TweakMASTER Knowledge Base article KB0118

Choose "Run" from the Start Menu and type in "command" (without quotes). This will open a command prompt window. Now type this exactly:

    ping.exe -l 1472 www.your-isp.com -f -w 10000

That's "-L" not "-1" or "one". Ping will tell you if your packets need to be fragmented or not.
