I have entered in my serial number and it won't accept the registration.TweakMASTER Knowledge Base article KB0123This can happen for several reasons. Most commonly people try to type in the serial number and make a simple mistake. It's very easy to mistake the letter "O" for Zero or and the letter "I" for a "1". Therefore we always recommend people use cut & paste to transfer the serial number and NOT attempt to type it manually. It's too easy to mistake the letter "O" for Zero or and the letter "I" for a "1". If you need help with this process, please see the cut and paste instructions at the bottom of this page. Another common mistake is that people have downloaded an update from us or elsewhere and are trying to apply a serial number which will not work. Certain distributors have sold special versions of TweakMASTER and issued version-specific serial numbers that will not work with the version downloaded elsewhere. For example if you purchased it from Real Networks, it will say "RN Release" on the opening screen right below the version number. If it does not, then you cannot use a serial number which begins with M2. If this happens to you, use the Technical Support Request Form to let us know. Be sure to include your Real Networks serial number, your Real Networks order number and date of purchase if possible, so we will be able to help you.
