"Framedyn.dll not found" error message.

TweakMASTER Knowledge Base article KB0125

Some customers get the following error message while using TweakMASTER:

This application has failed to start because framedyn.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

This is actually a Windows issue, and TweakMASTER simply triggers it. Please read about this problem and the proposed solution in the Microsoft Knowledge base: KB319114. It has been established that the steps outlined in that article always fix this problem.
